At AUREON MONACO, every order is prepared with care and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During collection launches, private releases or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
We currently offer standard shipping to selected European destinations.
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier operations, customs procedures or external circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout.
Complimentary Shipping: available on orders over €100, when applicable.
The final shipping cost will always be displayed before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, AUREON MONACO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Delays
AUREON MONACO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
